Our aim is to ensure all our customers are happy and have a great shopping experience with us. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it and get a refund or exchange it for another item in our shop. Unfortunately, there will be NO refunds issued on CUSTOM ORDERS
* All refund and exchange items must be returned in their original and unused condition.
* Item(s) must be shipped back by registered post within 5 days after they are received.
* The return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the buyer.
* Money (minus 10% handling fee) will be refunded within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
*Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes if applied
CANCELLATIONS
We accept order cancellations as long as you cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. Cancellations requested after 24 hours will not be accepted. Money will be refunded within 7 business days minus a 10% handling fee to cover transaction fees incurred.
