Your package will be shipped as registered mail with tracking number through our preferred shipping provider POŠTA SRBIJE. Tracking while package is in transit is not available
We ship within two business days for all ready to ship items, and for custom made items after we finish their production (except weekends and public holidays in Serbia) and after receiving your cleared payment.
Package delivery for Europe arrive within a week and overseas usually arrive within 2 weeks; in uncommon cases it can take longer especially during peak periods or due to customs delays

How can I track my order?
Tracking number will be provided after your order`s been dispatched. Depending on the shipping method you have, we will provide a tracking website details too.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Depending on a purchase item package will vary. Usually, we use flat recyclable cardboard boxes or fabric bags for wrapping and envelope accommodating its size. Some items will come in branded wooden box. Packages will contain bubble wrap to keep them protected from getting damaged during shipping process.
